I've recently increased my water intake to 3+ liters per day in an effort to combat the fluid retention in my legs and ankles.
Unfortunately, it's killing my sleep vibe, no matter how early in the day I finish it off.
I've come to the conclusion that, if I ever want decent sleep again, I'll have to do one of the following:
-- Stop drinking so much damn water
-- Start wearing diapers to bed
-- Get a waterproof mattress cover
Decision, decisions...
