Week One Review: Reaching Goals and Shedding Pounds (Tuesday, March 08, 2016)
Week One is officially in the books and what a week it's been! Overall,
I've done well and I'm proud of myself!
I got a Fitbit Charge HR so I can better track my activity and health.
I've tracked all my food so I'm more aware of what I'm consuming. And
I'm holding myself accountable!
I've exceeded goals, I've fallen short of goals, but I've made progress
and that's all that matters!
The best part?! On my first weigh in, I've lost 7lbs! SEVEN! How amazing
is that?!
I can't wait for the coming weeks!
