The struggle is so real!
I had struggled to get into such a good groove of working out and this
blood pressure garbage killed it.
Ugh! Now, I'm struggling to get going again. The closest I've come is
the pool earlier this week and putting on gym clothes a few other days.
Today is the day, though. No excuses. No bull. I'm holding myself
accountable with this post!
My commitment, in order, by this afternoon:
- 17 - 20 minutes on the treadmill
- At least 20 - 30 minutes in the pool
- Hot tub relax time (Not a struggle 😉)
Gotta keep it realistic.
If I don't do it, I'll post my address so you all can come kick my ass!
